IVS專注於薄膜、蝕刻等半導體前段製程設備開發及真空技術相關應用，一直以來為半導體、LED、Solar、Power device、Laser diode、光通訊及海內外各大學研究所、研究機構等終端客戶提供相關設備及服務，足跡跨越了台灣、大陸、香港、日本、韓國、美國等世界各地，也持續朝向國際化目標邁進、期許能與世界接軌。

IVS was founded in 2011, is a company dedicated in semiconductor front end equipment development especially for thin film and etch system, and vacuum technology related application。

We are continuously providing the equipment and service to our worldwide customer locating in Taiwan, China, Hong Kong, Korea, USA and in multiple industry such as semiconductor, LED, Solar, Power device, Laser diode, Optical communication, worldwide university and research institute,we constantly move forward to be a global supplier leader。
